A "sleek" three-year-old business hotel "across from a major shopping mall" and 15 minutes from Downtown Seattle, this chainster offers "fantastic", "stylish" rooms that are "much better than a typical Westin" with 32-inch flat-screen TVs, complimentary daily newspapers, and signature Heavenly beds and Heavenly shower/baths; the fourth-floor Truce spa, an indoor heated lap pool and "great meeting facilities" cater to the corporate crowd, but the two on-site restaurants could be better.

Walking distance to local stores and restaurants.

Many things wrong with the room.

I would expect the room to be in perfect shape. The bathroom sink drained slow, one of the bathroom lights was burnt out. The TV remote didn't work and the Internet jack at the desk was broken. Not what I would expect from an upscale hotel. ...read more
